In the getting to know you stage it is useful to have tools that promote discussion and allow everyone to share their experiences, and interests. I'm sharing this checklist to make the getting to know you process easier. It is not intended to replace Negotiations; rather enhance it by allowing all parties to give/gain some basic information prior to further discussion. I like this checklist because all the choices are right next to the answers so you don't have scroll up or down looking around for the answer key. Some of the descriptions are getting a little old now, but over all this is still a great document. Use it, enjoy it, and share with the community if you improve on it.
