Trance experiences, hypnotic inductions, and set points

I have been asked over and over again about the best way to deliver amazing trance experiences. It comes down to communication and it doesn't matter if you communicating with a group of one person. The question you want to ask is what do you do for the joy of it? People will happily share with you the many reasons and details that they enjoy about their favorite recreational activities. What they may not realize is they will shift into a trance state as part of their chosen activity. All activities are naturally trance inducing. For example, playing an instrument until you feel like the instrument is playing you and painting until you feel the scene is revealing itself to you. Both share an isomorphic trance where the subconscious becomes more dominant and leads the body through an activity. Recreational activities are desired and experienced by most people, because they are familiar with the trance experience and seek to engage with it again. Engaging with this familiar state of trance is all that's needed to shift into a hypnotic trance.

A trance can be induced by having a subject recall a recreational activity. It shouldn't need to be said, but I'll say it anyway. Different activities produce different trance states. Painting, boating, writing, running, and bird watching all elicit somewhat different states within us. By asking a subject to recall a recreational activity we are re-evoking its associated state enabling the subject to recall the same feelings, associations, and conditioned responses. When talking with someone about what they enjoy doing when they're not on the job you'll often find people engaging in similar experiences as they're job. At least when they enjoy their job or the work itself. Being a participant and an observer can get a subject to access a specific state, and this includes a hypnotic state. All of this happens by communicating with each other and sharing experiences that really matter to us. This gets us exploring our internalized hedonic capacity, adaption, and setpoints.

Hedonic capacity is a dispositional ability to experience pleasure in response to stimuli that are typically rewarding.

Hedonic adaptation is the observed tendency of humans to quickly return to a relatively stable level of happiness despite major positive or negative events or life changes.

When it comes to our sense of well being, emotions, capacity to handle stressors we rely on something called a set points. Our set point are based on our genetics and conditioning. While we may have emotional ups and downs throughout our daily life, these are temporary. No matter what life throws at us, over time, our energy comes back to seek the adopted set point for harmony and balance. Which is an incredibly powerful subconscious principal when you think about all the circumstances and experiences that can lead to the same set point. Whether it's through isolation, grief, or pain, if we can experience joy and suffering we can become aware of self deterministic drive to open ourselves up and adapt. This is the start of the journey for my assemble point workshop, but today it serves as a teaser for my new book, Instruction of The Hypno Dom, A Master slave Lifestyle Development Training on Erotic and Authoritarian Hypnosis. I hope this post introduced you to a few new concepts and got you thinking about the adaptive set points within the states we love to come back to.

My posts and work are created to interact with those that enjoy themes of hypnosis, influence, and power exchange. Please share them as this brings others attracted to these themes closer to us. They are created with passion to bring those of us with the right fit together. That's just part of the benefit and pleasure of sharing. It also makes me happy. :>
