Seeking Volunteers To Test Out The Constellation Experience

I'm seeking people to test out the Constellation Experience by going through the exercises You will find information about the Constellation Experience below.

I want to help enable people to explore the connection with others, and to feel like they’re a part of something bigger. This work is my efforts of solving the problem of inconsistent kink education, establishing a sustainable space where those fresh on the scene and those returning can share and plan for a more community driven future together, and establish a standardized event that can connect those plans together across the globe. I want to create a space where people can feel safe, supported, and appreciated for sharing their experiences and perspectives, even if they are different. Even more than that, I want to highlight this ever-shifting, sexually fluid, diversely gendered subculture and establish an exercise in which the community can gain confidence and knowledge to flourish while encouraging new members to join. It is a lot easier communicating with those you just met when you are talking about your passions, how it relates to your life, and how you plan on designing a life that brings your desires and dreams together in the future. The prospect of creating together the sanctuary space within the lifestyle organizations with an exercise of community dialoguing is incredibly gratifying and exciting to me. I’ve seen how finding community can save lives and open up opportunities for expression and challenges that they would not expect. Being part of the lifestyle means agreeing to be a lifelong learner within the communities.

This work represents a uniform community format that encourages new and returning community members to redesign the social culture and relationships that we all are part of. Lifestyle design starts by looking at how you live your life and deciding what you want to change. Define and determine your ideal lifestyle. It wasn’t just about kink, it was about me. I mattered. We all matter and contribute to this community and we don’t have to be a kink club officer or a kink club trainer, or author to make a difference in the community or the world. I want to create an experience that allows people to see their lives, contributions, and what they offer as valued and capable of empowering what they want to see in their community and beyond.

The Constellation experience aims to create a tool to educate new and returning members of the kink community about the community, encouraging aspects of character that allow us to establish a meaningful life and capture stories and memories of this historic moment we are part of. Our kink can question many of the lines we draw between sex and other activities such as play, leisure, spirituality, art, relaxation, and what constitutes having a good life. Before this, there was no consistent, integrated lifestyle event that allowed us to learn from each other and develop our lives by what we valued. I do not feel like our community culture regularly promotes this topic of discussion as a whole. There is a ton of material out there for vanilla folk to realize themselves in the mainstream world. This is created for us and should be shared to learn how to build each other up and contribute to designing lives that empower us to live life. These are the conversations that change us and ripples out from us into the world.

Lifestyle design starts by looking at how you live your life and deciding what you want to change. I want what I create to emphasize how we think of ourselves, move through the world, and teach one another how differently we all think about the same things. I want those ideas and elements shared so that people can learn from them and build themselves up with it. So when we are together, we are learning about more than our kinks, we are learning what makes us happy, what it takes to succeed, and how we fit into the world and be motivated by pleasure. To discover how to behave in our communities' context and build the confidence to call out someone to regulate their behavior. We are, of course, not a single community, so much as a community of communities that shares our love and practice of kink — even though our kinks vary as widely as our expressions of gender, sexuality, and organization.

Many overlapping kink communities will have somewhat different norms, and we should all begin to learn about our history and culture. We can all be empowered to share our journey, explore what matters to us, and use that information to develop ourselves, our lives, and improve the community systems that we interact with daily. What I am creating here may seem simple, but implementing it on a small scale will constitute disruptive innovation as people seek to improve the quality of their relationships and their lives. This kind of information will not create fundamental shifts in the self-organizing community and cultural system on its own. Getting input from others will always provide information that the system does not want to hear. This information can be new and disconfirming to those in leadership positions, often making it difficult and challenging.

Self-organizing community cultures are systems that will only make profound changes when they are confronted with information that they cannot absorb into their existing structure and mental models, so this information cannot be dealt with in a predetermined way, and for many, that will be frustrating. Information has the power to change us, and we cannot change without thinking differently. The self-organizing community culture will always emerge to fit the context of the situation. I want to put forward here the participatory power to encourage others to build bridges into the future and lift others up as they demonstrate that our kink can help transform us like a superpower. Embrace your weirdness and show people what it means to have the lifestyle you created. I will encourage them to be kind, take care of each other, and what we will receive in return for these efforts is a safe place to try it all out.

This trial experience is a draft copy of the manual. It is a Solo Self-Paced journalling exercise. I am looking for comments on content, questions, and the experience from those going through it.
